A mission is a camera's job description. It tells the AI what to pay attention to, such as a fall in a studio, loitering at an entrance, or after-hours access to a warehouse.

Choose how missions are assigned

• Shared mission: every camera uses the same mission.
• Per-camera mission: each camera selects its own preset or custom brief.

Write a useful mission

Choose a preset in Settings → Monitoring missions, or write a custom brief that states the place, behaviour to watch, and what merits a report.

Entrance: watch for loitering longer than 30 seconds, tailgating, or attempts to open the door outside business hours. Report only clear visual evidence.

Calendar temporarily overrides the normal mission

A booking's custom prompt takes priority, then its preset_id, then the space default. When the booking ends, the prior mission returns.
