Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the Tensor Dynamics Watch website and product may process, why it is processed, and how you can control it.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Data we collect
- Contact details, company name, and deployment requirements you submit.
- Account, licensing, and basic transaction records.
- Website security, error, and performance records needed to operate the service.
Camera data
In a private deployment, camera frames, analysis, events, and snapshots can remain entirely in the customer-controlled environment. Data is sent to a selected service only when an administrator enables a cloud model or external notification integration.
How we use data
- Provide, secure, and support the product.
- Process licensing, accounts, and customer requests.
- Improve reliability and investigate abuse or security incidents.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, or comply with law. Event retention in private deployments is customer-configurable. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Contracted service providers may be used for website hosting, payments, licensing, or customer-selected integrations. The processors involved depend on your deployment and enabled features.
