By using the Tensor Dynamics Watch website or services, you agree to these terms. A signed enterprise agreement controls where its terms differ.

Service
The product provides camera monitoring, AI analysis, event records, and optional notification or workflow features. Features, limits, and support levels depend on your plan and deployment.
Customer responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect cameras and process the related footage.
- You are responsible for notices and compliance with applicable surveillance, privacy, and employment laws.
- You must protect accounts, credentials, networks, and site-control systems.
AI and human decisions
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be the sole basis for arrest, medical, employment, or other high-impact decisions. Customers must retain appropriate human review and final authority for high-impact actions.
Prohibited use
- Illegal surveillance, harassment, or discrimination.
- Unauthorized access to systems, cameras, or data.
- Circumventing safeguards or using the service for automated actions intended to cause harm.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided as available. Except where expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or prevention of every incident.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensor Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Enterprise agreements may define separate liability caps.
