License key

The first time you launch (or when a key expires), you'll see the "Tensor Dynamics Watch — License Activation" window:

  1. Paste the license key from your supplier (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
  2. Click "Verify". The button shows "Verifying…".
  3. On success it shows "Verified ✓" and closes automatically.
The first activation needs internet. After that, the app works offline (cryptographically signed) and silently re-verifies every 24 hours.

Common error messages

  • License expired — contact your supplier to renew.
  • License suspended — contact support.
  • Device not authorised — switching machines? Ask support to re-bind.
  • Invalid license key — double-check for typos.
  • Connection failed — get online and try again.
